Pathway Phlebotomy Training
40-hour classroom instruction plus clinical rotation, covering venipuncture technique, safety, and patient interaction.

K-12 Externship Experiences
Hands-on exposure to lab workflows and healthcare teams across partner sites, with structured goals and reflection.

Our Initiatives:

Empowering Laboratory Medicine in Africa: Promoting adequate infrastructure and increase access to quality equipment.

Bridging the workforce gap, raising public awareness and introducing students to the field of Medical Laboratory Sciences.

Creating a Laboratory Medicine knowledge sharing community and building a collaborative platform for medical laboratory scientist to exchange expertise and to offer consoling services.

Pathway Phlebotomy Training Program is designed to open doors for both high-school students (16+) and adult learners who want to begin their careers in healthcare.
