In January 2020, Fardowza founded BioReach Inc, a non-profit organization based in New York City that advocates for Clinical Laboratory Science and the field of Laboratory Medicine. BioReach’s primary focus is to promote the importance of Laboratory Medicine through advocacy, education, and collaboration.
With over 14 years of global experience as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist, Fardowza has had the privilege of working in diverse settings and collaborating with teams worldwide. As a Clinical Laboratory Scientist with extensive experience and proficiency in laboratory operations, Fardowza is on a mission to fostering awareness and recognition of the vital role played by Clinical Laboratory Scientists in enhancing patient care outcomes. Her journey as a mother, scientist, entrepreneur, and philanthropist exemplify excellence in every aspect of her life, setting an inspiring example for others to follow and making the world a better place in the process.

Alan H.B. Wu, Ph.D., D.A.B.C.C., is the Chief of Clinical Chemistry and Toxicology at San Francisco General Hospital, a Professor of Lab Medicine at the University of California, San Francisco, and a board advisor for BioReach. Dr. Wu has extensive experience in clinical toxicology, cardiac biomarkers, and point-of-care testing, with over 500 publications in peer-reviewed journals and eight books promoting the importance of the clinical laboratory. As a board advisor for BioReach, he actively advances laboratory medicine’s critical role in healthcare, contributing to excellence and innovation in the industry.

Meet Ali Youssouf: A Clinical Laboratory Advocacy Ambassador for East Africa.
Ali Mahmoud Youssouf is a Clinical Laboratory Pathologist with an ongoing a postgraduate degree in Public Health Epidemiology. He serves as a Clinical Scientist at Borama International Hospital and the Covid-19 Vaccination Community Mobilizer (AU Bingwa) for the African Union- Africa CDC. Additionally, Ali is the Chairperson of the East Africa Youth Council and a board advisor for BioReach, advocating for laboratory medicine and healthcare excellence
